From Concept to Reality...
DEVICE TECH INC. addresses
these issues:
Communication
From your inquiry to the shipment of a system involves
communication.
Defining your products manufacturing requirements involve
many factors. This is how we determine the best manufacturing
process. We need to identify the different levels of assembly
and costs associated with getting there. Sometimes your short
term goals can be met with prototype tooling and then grow into
full blown automation or a combination of both. No matter what
size the project is, the process and procedure to get there is
the same.
Some of the criteria includes identifying your; cycle
times, the product to
be assembled, the number of processes and the degree
of difficulty in assembling. This helps us identify the best assembly
flow process; drive systems utilizing: high speed cams, pneumatics,
hydraulics or servo controlled systems, and electrical controls,
be it PC based or conventional PLC.
No matter what level your production requirements are,
it is communication that delivers.
Electronic Communication
To ensure immediate response to your needs, we use
the latest electronic protocols such as; BBS, FTP or E-mail to
submit project updates, quotes and other necessary communications.
Project Management
In order to keep your project engineers informed about
the project, we supply you with updated status reports and gantt
charts on a weekly basis.
